Career: Work experience in public catering since 2001: together with the Rosinter Restaurant Company (as Director of the Department of Corporate Catering, Sergei created a corporate catering network «from the ground up» ); in 2006, he was invited to the OMS-Office Company to implement a «greenfield» corporate catering project. A successful network was built up during these years of work. He participated in the design of various restaurant and catering businesses, including an enterprise for Volkswagen Russia. He advised different companies in catering, including the largest food operator of the Republic of Bashkortostan – Pyshka GC. He worked for the Nice Company. Sergei has been working for the RBE Group since May, 2012.
Additional information: Expert Auditor in Quality Management ISO9001. Sergei has studied European catering companies in Germany, Slovenia, Finland, Italy, and England. He is the author of many articles in professional journals, and a participant/speaker at professional conferences.
