At present only in Russia there are 150,000 catering establishments and 7,000 accommodation facilities, not to mention neighboring countries. 3.5 mln people are engaged in the field. Moreover the industry continues to develop both in quantitative and in a qualitative sense. Annual market growth is 10%.
