International exhibition PIR Expo is the main professional event in hospitality industry in Russia and CIS.

At present only in Russia there are 150,000 catering establishments and 7,000 accommodation facilities, not to mention neighboring countries. 3.5 mln people are engaged in the field. Moreover the industry continues to develop both in quantitative and in a qualitative sense. Annual market growth is 10%.

Having been for 15 years in the market, today PIR Expo is one of world’s top ten largest exhibitions for professionals of hospitality industry and it’s an important international event. Several segments can be clearly distinguished in hospitality industry in Russia; each of them develops in its own direction and at its own pace. Unique events program

More than 500 professional events are held in the course of PIR Expo. The program emphasizes training element. Competent authorities of the industry share their experience and knowledge with visitors – successful restaurateurs and hoteliers, recognized chefs, bartenders and baristas, directors of HoReCa sector famous companies, independent experts. Annually more than 3,500 people take part only in free program. Events of the exhibition cover different formats – training, discussion, presentation, competition – and they are aimed at improvement of professional skills and obtaining new knowledge.

Central Arena of PIR Expo will gather 20 leading specialists in the field of Russian cuisine, who are ready to share their exclusive ideas, recipes and technologies. The most famous and competent chefs and restaurateurs will give master classes and seminars in bright modern format – they’ll demonstrate their own original vision and share their thoughts about what is Russian cuisine now and what it will be tomorrow.
